Telling us about a death

Here are the telephone numbers you'll need to tell us about the death of someone with one of our policies.

Calls to numbers starting with 0800 are free from a UK landline. The maximum call charge from a BT landline to numbers starting with 0845 is 4p per minute. The maximum call charge from a BT landline to numbers starting with 0870 is 8p per minute. Calls from other networks may vary.
